We have our own well-developed discipleship curriculum, and our agricultural program is set up as a place for mentoring and hands-on farm learning. Our goal is to prepare students with knowledge, experience, and professional certifications that will help them succeed in their own projects and community missions, while finding agricultural employment.
Your activities begin with participation in morning devotions and shared breakfast with our farm managers and directors.
Assisting with the operations of our permaculture, food forest, no till, hydroponic, marketing, farm day event programs and community outreach projects.
Evenings other than Tuesday and weekends are open for personal activities and participation in local church programs.
Activities such as hiking, camping, and other organized field trips will occur throughout your time on the farm.
The program is 7 months, composed of two 3-month semesters (Fall and Spring) and a 1-month Summer intensive.
The cost per semester is $1,250.00, which includes housing, meals, activities, and training. The cost of the program is subsidized through farm product sales, charitable donation, and grant funding.
This program will prepare you for work or careers in the areas of conservation, environmentalism, sustainability, agriculture, community development programs, and international missions.
Some participants utilize the program to understand organic foods before entering a medical profession.
We are interdenominational and believe we must work together to complete the Great Commission. Our faith is aligned with the Lausanne Covenant.
